We’re excited to welcome you to our Holiday Camp, running from over the Easter holidays at Paxton Academy 🏫⚽

👋 Arrival & Collection Times
Please arrive at the main school gate at 9:00am each day your child is attending, unless you have booked and paid for early drop-off at 8:30am.
This will also be your collection point for the following finish times depending on your booking:
• 12:00pm (Morning session)
• 3:00pm (Standard full day)

Staff will sign your child in and out according to your selected session time.

🧃 What to Bring
To help your child have the best possible day, please make sure they bring:
• A NUT FREE packed lunch (if staying beyond 12:00pm)
• A NUT FREE snack and refillable water bottle
• Comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for both indoor and outdoor play

Hats, scarves and gloves on cold days. Suncream and caps on hotter days 😊

➡️ If your child is attending a morning session (until 12:00pm), a light snack will be sufficient.
➡️ If attending an afternoon session (12:00–3:00pm), please send them with a lunch/snack as we break for lunch at 12:00.

🚶 Walking Home or Different Collection Arrangements
If your child has permission to walk home alone, with friends, or is being collected by someone other than a parent/guardian, please email us in advance to confirm:
