We’re excited to welcome you to our Sports Focus Coaching Holiday Camp running from Monday February 16th to Friday February 20th at Bishop Gilpin CofE Primary School.

Drop-Off & Collection Information

Please arrive at the main school gate at your scheduled time:
• Standard drop-off: 9:00am
• Early drop-off (if booked): 8:30am
• Pick-up times: 12:00pm, 3:00pm, or 5:00pm

Staff will be present to sign your child/children in and out each day.

What to Bring Each Day

✅ A NUT FREE and healthy packed lunch
✅ Healthy NUT FREE snack(s)
✅ A refillable water bottle
✅ Appropriate clothing and footwear for both indoor & outdoor activities

Hats, scarves and gloves on cold days. Suncream and caps on hotter days 😊

🕛 Morning session only (until 12:00pm): A light snack is sufficient.
🍽️ Afternoon session (12:00–3:00pm): Please include lunch/snack for our 12:00pm lunch break.
🕔 Full day (until 5:00pm): An additional afternoon snack is recommended.

Permissions for Independent Travel or Alternate Collection

If your child has permission to walk home alone, leave with friends, or is being collected by another family, please notify us in advance by emailing:
